The Old Fishing Village of Kassiopi...

Kassiopi is a delightful coastal fishing port on the north-east corner of Corfu. The village sits within the magnificent backdrop of Mount Pantokrator and foothills covered with olive groves, vines and citrus plantations. To seaward are intriguing views out over the sea to the nearby Albanian coast.

Kassiopi is a colourful and vibrant place reached by picturesque coast roads and, despite being an established holiday resort, Kassiopi still retains its fishing village past and its importance in ancient Greek history. Fisherman still work from the harbour in small traditional craft. Sitting in one of the harbourside bars and tavernas is a delightfully relaxing experience, you won't want to get back on the bike.

The Route (total distance 70km)

From Arillas, head out on the road through Magoulades to the outskirts of Sidari where you will take the road to Karousades and Roda. From Roda, take the coastal road through Acharavi and over the hill to Kassiopi.
